The M&DLCA is required under the General Data Protection Regulations to keep data on an identifiable individual in a secure and safe manner.
Data held can include name, address, phone number, date of birth, E mail address and possibly photographs. The data will only be used for Association purposes such as membership renewals and events involving the Association. It will not be passed to any third party or used for any other reason without your consent unless it is a lawful request.
Should you wish to see what information we hold or change it in any way you should contact the Association secretary.
The data held will be reviewed on a regular basis such as when membership renewal takes place and any information no longer relevant or needed will be removed or destroyed.
